Terms Of Service
These terms are to protect me as an artist, and by working with me you are automatically agreeing to all of the terms listed below. Breaking these terms will lead to a spot on my blacklist, meaning I will not work with you again. I retain the right to change my terms at any time.

T.O.S:General terms, and Payment♡ I do not work with minors, or anyone under 18. (+18 only)
♡ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
♡ Payments are made in advance and full. I don't do sketches first or anything like that.
♡ My prices are around my local currency (MXN) The conversion of dollars is made to my currency, I do not accept payments sent in USD, when sending the payment there is the option to convert to MXN, please do so.
♡ All of my commission are up front and payment is due within 24 hours of commissioning. (I won’t start until I receive full payment)
♡ I do not offer refunds, be sure that you want and you're able to commissioning me. I can offer something of similar price.Ordering and Commission Process♡ When submitting an order, please be clear and to the point about what you're looking for.
♡ I do not work with descriptions about characters, I only work with visual references of character. (This does not include character design commissions)
♡Prices can increase by the complexity of the commission, background, character or details.
♡ I can draw any animal, or fantasy species. And will draw any body type, genders, etc.
♡ Changes are only allowed during the rough sketch phase. After a second set of edits has been done to your commission, you may be charged extra for alteration fees. Please be CLEAR with what you want.
♡You may ask for updates or WIPS at any time, but be respectful about it, keep an eye on trello!
♡ Commission times vary depending on the complexity and current workload. Commissions can take 1 week - 1 month and half to complete.
♡ I do not work with deadlines, but you can pay a rush fee that is the 50% of the price.After your commission♡ I do the first set of (reasonable) edits is free, after the first edit you may be charged an additional fee.
♡ I reserve the right to post your commission online anywhere I choose, and use/modify your commission as an example, or in a sample image/price sheet or in any other promotional images.
♡ If you have an issue with your commission, contact me directly privately. I will do my best to fix up any issues.
♡ If the issues with your commission are on your behalf for not communicating in the initial commission inquire, there will be a fee for edits.
♡ You will be given a high resolution PNG file as well as a smaller upload friendly PNG file once the commission is finished. It’s your own responsibility to download and archive these for your own use.
♡ You may repost your commission but you must ALWAYS credit me when reposting♡You have the right to use your commissioned piece for any personal/private use. i.e. sharing your commission on social media, uploading it to Toyhouse, and everything from icons, banners, uploads, prints or phone screens for yourself and loved ones.
